Torres Towing in Suffolk Va refused to release my vehicle or property out of my vehicle after I had already paid and the bank had sent them the proof of payment more than once. They say online they are open 24/7 but when you call it says business hours are 11-4. However, they keep the door locked and the website directs you other places or puts the appointments days to weeks out, and they charge storage fees for those days even though it’s not your fault they are keeping the vehicle. I’m currently on the way to the magistrate to press any charge I can on them. The officers that came to assist me even said he wasn’t sure how this company is even open with the way they practice business, that they are called there on a weekly basis, and they too are tired of dealing with them.
