Ordered this NSD Brand TorqueBall for my mother for her arthritis. Thinking it would be of good quality compared to cheap ones at Walmart or on Temu.

Nope! It arrived in weird plain packaging, no instructions & didn't look at all like product on website. There's no meter on the device we received. It's not even called a "TorqueBall" at all & definitely wasn't made by NSD. The add is a fake! They sent us a metal "Gyro Ball"... a cheap imitation. Gyro balls are available on Temu for like $6 in plastic version & $15 to $20 for a metal one. We got scammed for $50 plus $9 shipping for something we coulda gotten for way less & free shipping😡

Item I received did not match the product description, so I requested a return according to their "60-day 100% satisfaction money back guarantee." They first tried to make excuses as to why the product was different, but after I insisted they honor their money-back guarantee, they finally relented and gave me the address to ship my return. My return package was refused at their address and send back to me by USPS. When I contacted them, they told me that it was sent to the incorrect address, even though it was sent to the address I was instructed to by their customer service agent via email. They have given me a new address to ship my return, which differs from the original address by a suite #. They refuse to reimburse me for the cost of shipping to the incorrect address due to their error, nor will they provide a prepaid shipping label. It is obvious that they are stalling and hoping I just give up.
