We ordered a product from this "company" called Torqueball, and although we received a worn product with no instructions, they began to charge our account with an unauthorized amount of money each month for an unpermitted "subscription". We have sent countless emails and voicemails to their "customer service" and have only received vague replies or presently no replies at all. We are on the hook for a substantial amount of money and are now forced to cancel our credit card. We are intelligent people and yet we fell victim to such a falsehood. We now have discovered several warnings about this "company" and hope our testimony will help others BEWARE. Do not order anything from Torqueball, it is a SCAM.

I ordered a 2pack of Torqueballs. (Don't work by the way.) Then while auditing my Citi Card this week found that they were charging me an additional $39.99 a month! I found a comment another victim sent to your website and followed his instructions to stop this unauthorized monthly charge, and received this note: "ERROR An error occurred while cancelling your subscription." I'm hoping Citi can handle this for me. Even if they need to cancel the card and reissue.
