Type of a scam: Online Purchase

I had purchased a Graco home paint sprayer on homen.com for $92. Once the item was purchased I received an email stating I will receive another once the item has shipped, several days go by with no follow up email. I check back on the website which has now changed to torindex.com and when I look up my order it says can not find. So I email the company inquiring about this and I get an email back that just states "your order is already in transit". I reply back asking for an estimated arrival and tracking number to which I get no response. I then file a dispute with PayPal which is what I paid for the item through. I finally get a response back stating an arrival date of approx. A week and half later. I did eventually receive something in the mail but it was not the $92 sprayer I paid for, it was a $2 sprayer nozzle. No where in the description did it state it was just a nozzle. PayPal then closed my dispute due to the seller being able to prove that I had received something. This website is a scam. They're business address comes back to a restaurant that is closed down. Still never got my money back for this. Also there is no phone number listed to contact anyone.
