I ordered a mug which was supposed to be made of crystal material. The cost was $39.99 plus 9.99 shipping. The mug arrived after 3 weeks and was a cheap plastic resin mold that had been painted and had a crack in the bottom. It had a mailing address with the name Meng Zhao, 735 S Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90017. When I looked up the address it was a shopping mall in LA that did not contain any stores that were at all related to the item I ordered.

When I emailed customer service after I received the item (which had a 30 day satisfaction guarantee listed on the website) I was offered $8. When I protested, I was offered $15. I have requested my money back and contacted my credit card company regarding the issue.
