I purchased what was supposed to be two squishy boxes originally priced at $49.97 on sale for $5 each. Two weeks later my account was charged $29.98 for a VIP subscription that was added to my order and couldn’t be removed with a $0 price. When the items arrived it was two small squishies. I contacted customer service about the charge and the wrong item sent in which their response was basically “you got what you paid for.” They did cancel the subscription but I’m out that money and basically paid over $50 for two tiny squishy toys.
