Type of a scam: Online Purchase

An ad for used horse trailers came up online when I was searching for a used horse trailer. The site looks very legitimate with claims, terms and conditions, nice photos with descriptions and warranties, etc. I found a trailer in my price range and was ready to send payment, which is by bank transfer only, and they only deliver the trailer. They do not have a location to pick up a trailer (first red flag); I sent an email asking to pick up a trailer instead of delivery, but decided to look at their location on google maps. I put in address and got their location in the middle of the street in front of a hillside. red flag again. I kept panning the street view all around the area thinking maybe the site was off the road a ways. Still came up in the middle of the street. I then decided to contact the Chamber of Commerce in Roseburg, OR where this business was supposed to be. They are closed until September 20. By then it is late at night, so I got the phone number of the ScamPulse.com for that area. I then got the phone number for City Hall in Roseburg where I talked to a very nice and knowledgeable lady who, after I told her what I was looking for, said they had received lots of calls regarding this business. and that it did not exist. It is bogus. She said several people had been scammed of thousands of dollars by sending their money and not receiving a trailer. She suggested I write to the BBB, which I did in an email, and was told to contact this site to make a report. The business address for this business, supposedly, is: 239 Grant Smith Rd, Roseburg, OR., 97471 They do not list a phone number. They sell horse trailers. When I would send an email to them with questions, they usually responded with verbiage from their terms and conditions or descriptions from the trailer I was inquiring about. If you go to their website, you will see many pictures and descriptions of the trailers they offer. I cannot download an image.
