My wife, a Costco member, received the email below (see image). She clicked on the link (a mistake). This led to a form that I think the browser auto-filled. A few days later, I noticed two charges from "Top Tier Plumbing and Heating" on our Citi Costco card. I managed to phone Top Tier and was told the first ($17.52) was some registration charge and the second ($83.36) was the first of a recurring monthly charge. At that point, I cut the call and my wife contacted Citi to dispute the charges.
