I reached out from an online ad for concrete services in my area. He showed up, measured the area. Once I had approval from the HOA, he requested a deposit to add me to his schedule. We sent payment through Zelle and he provided an invoice for the deposit payment. I was never able to secure a date/time on his schedule and he stopped responding.
