Freddy Huerta responded to my inquiry about concrete services. He showed up, gave me a quote of $3200, we agreed on price and he asked for a deposit so I gave him half down. He showed up the next day for a couple hours, moved some dirt and never came back. Found out he has done this to multiple people in several states, NC, SC, WV, VA are all confirmed. He changes his company name and phone number after he scams you. This guy needs to be stopped. We have a Facebook group of almost 20 people he's scammed.
