I found a website advertising for sale a replacement toilet part that i was having trouble finding. I attempted to buy it using a credit card, but i received back from the website a notice that stating "Sorry, the payment is failure, please try to re-pay). The bad language of that notice and the fact that i had correctly posted my credit card information gave me some pause and concern. Then, i received a fraud notice from my credit card company that someone was trying to purchase a similar amount i had just tried to pay to this scam artist from another on line merchant that i had never heard of. So, I called my credit card company and they cancelled my card.

I ordered parts from the website and two weeks later still no parts arrived at my door, although my account was charged. The website shows that my order is "processing"....I emailed the address shown to contact and so far no reply.
