I was playing games on my phone and one of the ads that popped up was for a bag to use in your washing machines to collect pet hair, lint etc. I thought that would be worthwhile so I clicked on the ad and ordered it. One month later I got an email in Japanese saying it had been delivered but I looked everywhere for it and couldn't find it. I replied to the email saying that I couldn't find it and got no reply.

Ordered a product on line. They took the money. Sent them emails to get the status, tried to cancel order. No response to 6 emails. No phone number to be able to talk to them.
