Received a voicemail from Michelle Reed at TJ Grissom and Associates saying I owed a debt and they would be garnishing wages if not paid, gave a court docket number. When sent the “paperwork” for an agreement it was listed as a Citi Serve card which I can’t find any legit info on. When asked why the court docket number doesn’t exist at the county court they told me it was at, they said once they hadn’t filed it yet and once they did then that would be the official docket number. Court said no, that’s absolutely not how that works. When asked why I couldn’t find their business name with the P.O. Box they have on Google she stated it was because they don’t have a website yet. I asked for the debt validation letter. Still waiting on that. I’m guessing they have to make up one first.
