I am writing/ reporting this company so others don't encounter the same problems I encountered. I spent around $2500 for workout equipment which was delivered a couple of months ago. Upon assembling the equipment, I discovered that I was missing parts. I repeatedly attempted to reach company be telephone and met with negative results. I finally reached someone by email and they responded. I was informed that the missing parts would be mailed out about 3 weeks ago. They would not provide a tracking number at this point I am becoming doubtful that the parts are enroute. Sadly, although they make reference to USA this system is made in China. Buyer beware!!
