Chinese scam website
Nothing gets delivered although they claim it did without being able to provide any proof of delivery.
Can't even open a dispute with the stores.
The customer service is just useless and unhelpful, they only care for the stores NOT the customer.
I provided them with proof from the shipping company the store supposedly used that they do not know anything about the shipments, store used fake shipping labels, etc. Titan Offroad still refuses to refund.
A scam company as so many reviews here show.

I had the same problem but I used PayPal so they refunded my money, so if you order anything use PayPal because they back your order, on another note I did order some shoes from didn't know at the time but from China and received them 3 month's later.
