Tinyexplorings.com Reports & Reviews (21)

- Fargo, ND, USA • Apr 22, 2026

When I went to place an order, checkout read $20. Then after checkout, I receive a receipt for $60. They had added a $40 fee that I did not approve.

Received two pairs of shoes that didn’t fit and were poor quality, and the email said it was undeliverable when I tried to request a refund.

• Mar 27, 2026

The Tinyexplorings.com website is misleading, the shoes allegedly ship from china. Tracking reports as “delivered” shoes never arrived. I lost $24.00 on this order. Customer service at [email protected] said its not their problem. This is not a unique situation after reading reviews this has happened to several people.

- Phoenix, AZ, USA • Aug 01, 2025

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Never recieved an email confirmation, never recieved tracking. I emailed them and all they would tell me was that it was in transit. I asked SEVERAL times for a tracking number and they refused to provide one. Then I asked for a refund and that was ignored. I was told to wait 10 more days and reach out if i still hadnt recieved anything. I asked for a tracking number and proof that it was in transit AGAIN, and was dodged, again. Do not spend money here. This is 110% a scam.

I ordered sock shoes on March 18, and contacted the company many many times to receive the same automated email message

“Hi, hope you are doing great!

We are reaching out to inform you that due to an unprecedented surge in demand of our products, we have been experiencing a delay in the delivery. Therefore, we kindly request you to reach out to us within the next 10 days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make certain that your experience with us meets your expectations.

Should you not receive your order within this timeframe, please be assured that we will find a suitable solution for your issue.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.”

As of today July 26 the socks have not arrived.

I believe tinyexplorings.com is operating a misleading online store.
They advertise “free shoes” and claim U.S. shipping, but send products from China. Their return policy promises shipping refunds, but in practice, they avoid honoring it.

They provided a confusing return address, which google maps shows to be a street crossing! but then refused to confirm it, making it unsafe to return the item. I’m now stuck with an item I don’t want and no proper way to get my refund.

This appears to be deceptive dropshipping with dishonest return practices.

I ordered the shoes, received tracking from an unknown source weeks later. On this unknown tracking site it states that USPS delivered my shoes weeks ago but does not provide USPS tracking number. I’ve been emailing them off and on for over a month. They keep stating it’s still in transit due to tariffs and keep sending me the same boiler plate emails and trying to give me free shoes. Refuses to provide refund even though I ordered almost two months ago.

- Scottsdale, AZ, USA

Company targets new parents through social media advertising and represents itself as a US company that manufacturers and ships their shoes within the US. After ordering, I received tracking information through a Chinese company indicating the shoes were shipping from China. They have still not arrived and it has been over a month since they were allegedly shipped. The Chinese tracking information indicates that they were delivered over a week ago by the USPS, but despite repeated requests to Tiny Explorings, no reputable USPS shipping information has been provided. When contacting the support person for Tiny Explorings, "Caroline," she has been unable to provide the whereabouts of the shoes or any reputable US information indicating that they even exist. She offers to provide a free pair of shoes as compensation, but I have no reason to believe that I will ever receive any of the shoes I ordered, or the free apology pair.

Scam!!! I’ve been waiting since March to get mine!! I reached out April 29th and they said the tracking should update in 10 days! I checked this morning and it updated to delivered April 29th how convenient the same exact day and hour after I reached out !!! They’re scam artist the shoes come from china not Denmark and I’m a stay at home mom the shoes never got delivered!!! I paid over $50 for my order!!!

- Cary, IL, USA

They offered free shoes and just pay for shipping. But their hourglass dose has been going on for months….

- Lakeland, FL, USA

Payed for order. Never received order contacted customer service via email. Said it should be there soon, but still never received. Reached out again and asked for a refund. Said can’t give refund. Your order will arrive soon. Been over a month and last day of delivery should have been Feb 13th. Customer service isn’t responding anymore nor did they issue a refund

- Richland Center, WI, USA

I placed an order on 11/25/24. Got a confirmation email & shipping information email. Updated shipping info said package should be delivered early Dec, then showed it to be delayed and so contacted the company one month ago and they keep saying USPS has the package, but they have no record of it and the company has repeatedly refused to issue me a return.

- Clayton, NC, USA

I ordered 4 items from Tiny Explorings. They were offering what appeared to be a promotion for the product, which was $0.00, and I only had to pay for shipping. There was one other item that totaled $17.99, but the shipping cost totaled $25.99. I tracked the item, but it never showed any progress. I communicated with the customer support, but they kept giving me excuses as to why the order had not been delivered. When I finally told them I wanted a refund, they no longer responded to me, but when I was inquiring about the delivery, I was given excuses.

Name and address for “shipping “ purposes

- Danville, PA, USA

I placed an order and never received shipping information. When I inquired about this, I did not get a direct response and still have no resolution.

- Derwood, MD, USA

Offer for “free” product, just to pay shipping. Shipping paid, email received saying item was shipped and sent. When clicking on tracking link or inputting into the delivery service website, no such item is found.

- Laveen, AZ, USA

I came across this company via Instagram and they posted sock booties that I was looking to get my young child who is starting to walk. I placed an order for the product on 12/25 and paid for it as well. On 12/29 I received a shipping confirmation email from the company however when clicking the tracking number it stated they are waiting for the product to be received. After a week of not updating I emailed the company regarding the status. Their head of customer service, Caroline, responded after I requested a refund and stated they were not prepared for the influx and to wait 7 days. I requested a refund and she responded she could not due to the product being sent out and I would have to wait until I receive the product in order to send it back and then the refund can be requested. I waited 10 days and the shipping company still has not received the product. I messaged Caroline again and she responded with CEO of the company will contact you and find a solution. They are refusing to give me a refund for a product I never received from them. Many others have also fallen victim to this company and have not received the product but have provided personal information in order to purchase.

- New Berlin, WI, USA

They advertised on Facebook a free give away of shoes for their 2nd anniversary of being in business. The only thing they said was that you must pay for shipping. So I entered all necessary information for payment and delivery, but the shoes were never delivered.

- Keller, TX, USA

The website says the baby sock shoes are free and you pay for shipping. Shipping was not too crazy for me, however after doing more research other people paid a lot in shipping. There are reviews of the product being poor quality. It’s been 3 weeks since my order and it’s in the same place in Jamaica, NY “awaiting usps arrival”. There are reviews saying that people’s packages have been seized for counterfeit postage as well.

- Georgetown, MA, USA

I ordered a pair of shoes and after looking into the company further saw that other people had been scammed. I immediately requested to cancel my order (within 10 minutes of purchase) and the company refused even though no products have been shipped.
