stating "I did not travel my vacation package so the vacation package is trying to charge $1400 due to you not traveling."
I let them know no one has permission to charge my account. I asked who they were and they hung up.
I got another call today 8/21/2020 and they said the same thing. I went a little further with them and I let them know that I will prosecute anyone who tries to run my card. The man said just give him a minute to see how he can help me. He put me on with another guy. The guy said I owed $998.00 and after all the fees he is able to remove and I pay only half which I get to keep my vacation. They said I will get a code and they would remove me from the Federal call list. They said any travel agency that calls will have to provide me with that code and I would get their information and they would handle the calls. I let them know that I will go after the individual on this call, their company, and the travel Agency they are with, which is supposed to be thru Wyndham hotels. He gave me more info of how he was in business for 20 years and just trying to help. ( he said this before he gave me a dollar amount. ) He started asking me have I lived in same residence for at least three years and I said yes. This sounding like a scam, I asked for the name of their company and he go quiet. I did not hang up because I saw that my phone did not disconnect, but no one answered. Finally someone answered after a minute and said the name was "Timeshare No More." I then asked for their contact number and he said "I will give that to you, I just need some information from you. " I said, I want their information and he hung up on me.
I did not give them my address or verify any actual information. They possibly did not have any. So beware if they ask for your information do not give it.
I tried to look them up in ScamPulse.com but nothing came up.
