Vin History Global offered a vehicle VIN history report for $1.00, they then charged my debit card two $1.00 charges and an additional $29.95 for recurring reports that I did not request nor sign up for. I attempted to contact them via telephone to no avail, I made contact via their chat line on their web-site and demanded an immediate refund of $30.95, which they did. The VIN report I did authorize for the initial $1.00 contained no information for the vehicle in question. Even though their company is allegedly out of California the billing came from Florida. Then today I receive another charge for 29.95 out of Kentucky. My bank informed me of their phone number (no web-site) which I called, no human answered the phone and they hung up on me. This is a SCAM operation and out of safety I had to cancel my debit card. I have no address for the Florida nor Kentucky scammers.
