Report

I purchased 2 tickets for a play and the promise was they would send them by email the day before the event. The tickets were never sent. I tried to get a refund and they refused. I emailed them and they replied there was no such email associated with a ticket purchase. The ticket price I paid was double the box office or metrotix amount. There were never any seats assigned just a row.
