Attempted to buy concert tickets. Company took money but did not have tickets purchased. After taking money did not respond for one week. Then did not provided tickets. This is fraud. They promised a refund in 5-7 days but they are dishonest and can’t be trusted.

Prior to the COVID Lockdown, my wife purchased and concert tickets to Sheila E scheduled for June 2020. During the pandemic lock down we received an email from this company stating that the concert had been canceled and we will be notified for a new date TBD. We also supposedly were provided a coupon code by them though we could use on future purchases. As restrictions began to be lifted we be came curious about the upcoming date that was unknown for this concert. Both the website and phone number just lead us in circles when trying to check our order/ticket status. However, when I came up with the idea of calling as though I'm a new ticket customer, I was then able to finally speak to an actual person (mind you my wifes phone was used during the purchase, not mine, so didn't recognize my number). The person after I told them about my order, insisted that I am forward to the "customer service" whom I had already been attempting to contact and was misled by, leading to an end call from their side. Of course this number I was forwarded to, was the same customer service line that hung up on me initially. When attempting to call back and speak with a person again the same way, I was then only prompted to enter my order number rather than having the option to place in order as a "new customer... (to "inquire about upcoming events". The option to place an order over phone was no longer an option. Each attempt left me with the only entering an order number, even though I was selecting to "purchase". Each attempt continued to prompt only my order number and not being able to call as if I were a new customer... It seems as though they had my number now saved after speaking with the woman (with the indian accent), still forwarding me automatically to the prompt of entering my order number instead and no longer able to speak to a person as if I were a new customer. Moments later I got an email from ticket center support requesting that I rate my phone call that I never had. Now out $163 dollars and shared card information...so far...

I purchased 2 UFC fight tickets on 2-17-17 at tickets-center.com for a 4-22-17 event. I was in communication with a UFC representative and informed that I purchased from a scam because tickets do not go on sale until 3-2-17. I was advised to call my CC immediately. I did. Initiated a dispute. I emailed tickets center in less than 2 hours of purchase asking for a refund. I have been told my physical tickets will arrive in the mail ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT and that nothing illegal has been done selling me tickets that are not even for sale yet.
