I ordered Women's Ultra Stretch Ice Silk Comfort Casual Pants on 6-29-2026 from Thread Toniction (online store front). On 6-29-2026 received an email that product had been shipped. Tracking number ZC56842277999 China Post. When I checked tracking it showed the product delivered on July 21, 2026. There was no package delivered. I have a camera on the porch and no package was delivered. After a number of emails they offered 30% reimbursement, I responded with it should be 100% I was charged for shipping insurance. No response since.
