Dress received was not the dress I purchased from the website. It was a much lower quality fabric. Similar print, but it was not the dress advertised on the website. Customer support response stated the following:

Before we proceed, we'd like to clarify our return policy. As stated in our Terms & Conditions (which are accepted during checkout), all returns must be sent back to our fulfillment warehouse in China, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We mention this in advance to avoid any surprises, as international return shipping generally ranges between $20–$45 USD and may also include customs fees.

So the cost of returning the product would almost exceed what I paid for it. Buyer beware.

I ordered a dress that came completely different than the description. It said it had front buttons, but the buttons were part of the fabric design and not actual buttons. The fabric on the site was much different as well. I will never order another item online from a company other than one that is reputable and does not ship from China.

They advertised a product different than what they delivered. It was absolutely not the same pieces as advertised. They advertised easy return policy and I’ve been unable to reach anyone in two attempts.
