Type of a scam Online Purchase

You order a product on their website and they send you your confirmation status like most companies do via email. Once they get your “order ready” they send you a tracking number from DHL. You wait a few days or weeks and ask them for a status update since the tracking goes no where and they tell you there was an issue with the courier and they’ll look into it. They make you believe they’re doing something about it but they’re not. They’ll give you the run around and make assurances, they even tell you they’ll give you a specific percentage off on your current order and your next order and then say it was an error on their end and they can’t apply that discount to the current order since its already “on the way” and apologize. You’ll ask for a refund and they’ll tell you they can’t give you one since your order is en route but it isn’t I promise you this. You’ll wait a few more weeks and then all of a sudden without warning your tracking number on DHL doesn’t exist anymore and you have to contact the merchant again. By the way the whole time during this process you’ll be reaching out to them, they’ll never reach out to you. This company is incredibly fraudulent and time consuming. And I found out the hard way but you can save yourself some time reading the comments on their instagram page (something that I should have done first). Do not buy from this company, they will literally tell you anything to make you believe they’re on your side the consumer but they’re not, they’re money hungry, greedy, and very manipulative. This company should be shut down for good, should be investigated, and basically everyone involved should be arrested for fraud.
