I’m suppose to be getting paid on the 10/11/2024 and they stopped answering the phone yesterday and I tried emailing them and calling them and texting them but nothing. All the lines are disconnected and I can’t get through to anyone so now I am going to sue them for this.

I was hired bythe company to recive packages confirm that everything was in the package and that products were not damange and then to take them to my local ups and fedex buildings for reshupment. I was told my base pay will be $3500/month and i would be paid on September 28th, i was also told there was a $30 bonus per package sent on time.

Work from home position for the Red Cart US. Packages were sent to me & i was instructed to ship them out with the shipping labels provided through their portal. They have a copy of my DL along with a photo of me holding my DL. They had me complete a W4 form with my personal information. Salary was supposed to be $3500 monthly plus bonuses.

I was hired by this company as a packaging specialist for 3500 with 35 bonus and 100 on VIP pickups. My bonus was 250. I delivered final package the last one had uploaded receipt. One hour later my login credentials were deactivated saying invalid credentials and I was supposed to get paid today 09/10/2024. I can't get any one on the phone however I kept old labels and pictures and labels they had me print,on hand, in my file , text message and emails. I can't pay my bills or get by this month. This company is a fraud and I hope they get caught. I should at least be compensated for materials and they had me fill out a W2 , they have a picture of my ID and SSC. What do I do?

They contacted me through email about working remote for package specialist job from home about receiving packages and then shipping them out to the preferred customer and they offer me 3500 plus 35 for every package delivered on time and supposedly I’m supposed to get paid on 9/12/24
