Visited the website ThePokePitStop.com to purchase products which seemed valid at the time. Ordered products for a total of $500. I did not receive any of the products but wanted me to rate those products. I made several attempts to communicate via mail to [email protected]. They did not respond to any of my requests. I then ask for a refund at which they did not respond or honor. On their website it states that a refund would be processed and completed 10 days after the request is made. I’ve waited for a month.
