I accidentally ordered twice, I explained to them on email. They promise a 90 day trial with option to return for a refund if you don't like it. I did not open the original packaging, but they told me to return it to CHINA although the item was shipped from California where I stay. The shipping to China is 3x more expensive than the item I bought. Of course, they are hoping that US customers (I am in CA as well) will not want to pay for shipping to China and will decide to keep the pillow. The price of shipping the pillow to China is 3x more than the pillow I bought. Nowhere on the site do they tell you that you will be paying for return to China.

Item was described as a 3in mattress topper from ThePillowHome.com. Recieved a thin mattress cover instead. Am now expected to pay to return the item to china. Product was not at all what was described . As shown in photo not even close to 3in
