While I received the goods I purchased from Theodore Townsend, both items had visible holes (not rips) in the material. I contacted customer service to begin the refund process. They asked me for photos of the damage which I provided via email. I exchanged at least 3 emails with customer service and then, all of a sudden, the emails started to bounce back. The email address used was [email protected] and now, there is an immediate bounce back "Your message wasn't delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." Now, I have no way of contacting them as there are no other emails listed on the website nor a customer service number. I am working to refuse the charge with my credit card company.

They sent me a jacket that was two sizes smaller than I ordered. I sent them pictures of my size jacket compared to what they sent me. They want me to either pay $50.00 to ship the jacket to a warehouse in China in order to receive my $60.00 back, kept the item and receive a $15% partial refund, or I can receive a replacement order and if it doesn’t fit I am out of luck.

The website looks legit but the item I received was in the wrong size, I ordered an XL, it came in 3XL and was misrepresented in material (should be wool, but came in acrylic) and was simply a horribly made garment with buttons misplaced and collar too short. Fought for months trying to get around an AI chatbot, but was only successful in getting a partial refund. This is 100% a scam.
