Sold the product, provided tracking (without shipper information) which indicated product was delivered (it was not). Support acknowledged it wasn't and said they would update tracking. Eventually they stopped responding. I waited 11 days after the supposed delivery to report it.

I purchased 4 "hand made" signs from them. They sent fake tracking after a month and repeated attempts to check on the order. The tracking said it was already delivered, but they stated it was "on the way". Continued to attempt to work with support and they kept saying it was "en route". No signs. No deliver. Out $65. Shopify needs to close this online store (scam).
