Purchased two personalized keychains as seen on social media ads. Instead of purchasing directly on the link from the ad, I went directly on their website to purchase. Everything looked legit. Day after my purchase I received notification that my order had shipped (mind you, this was a personalized gift), so I was surprised at how quickly it was shipped. Seller provided a tracking number that I was not able to track. I contacted seller and they assured me that it was on its way. Because I wanted this to arrive before Christmas, I kept on requesting updates and the communication went silent. I followed up more than a handful of times and only received that one initial response. After reviewing complaints on Trust Pilot, I realized that I had been scammed. I did my due diligence and vetted the website and still, I became a victim. . Beware.
