I ordered advertised leather sandals. I contacted the company to verify the sandals were leather before delivery.

30-Day No Hassle Returns are not honored.

Refunds are offered in merchandise credit only.

The sandals did not fit and cheaply made fake leather.

Ordered sandals that were to be top notch comfort and material. I also used insurance for coverage on item. The sandals have a very constructive plastic smell and feel and are very uncomfortable to wear.
