Scammers/ impersonators

I paid £27.53 for two pairs of leggings on March 15th. I have not received the products nor a refund.
When contacted they have sent long waffling emails of apologies that are clearly not based in the UK. Halaras have told me it is a scam website.

The HalaraS is fake

Same thing happened to me during the same time frame. I made my purchase on March 22. Got the email my items had shipped and then a few days later the links to the tracking and the website are no longer working. REPEATEDLY as for a refund and they refuse saying they have resent the items, blah blah blah. I have a claim in to my bank as a fraudulent purchase so I will hopefully get my $34.95 back but the company refuses to comply calling me unfair and saying they've done nothing wrong.

I ordered online on March 13/25. A week went by emailed them asking for the status the said working hard to get my order out.

Another week went by and I still did not receive my order. They said contacted courier and they are back logged. At this point I requested to cancel and wanted a refund. They responded thank you for my patience working on it will get it soon. Ok another week went by and sent an wmail I wanted a refund. They giving me excuses courier is behind. I know now this was a scam. They gave some fake tracking number doesn’t even work.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE HALARAS online! I don’t know how I’m going to get my money back.
