Online Retailer Scam

This company advertises on the app Instagram. I ordered a pair of pants and paid for it using PayPal. The charge was on my PayPal account and processed. The pants do not fit so I tried to find there website to follow their return policy. It is well hidden, but I found it. I have been in communication with this entity for 4 days now. The contact is the [email protected]. They keep repeating the same unusable information.
I suspect this company is based in China or some other country and they purposely try to present as legitimate. They repeatedly send me the wrong order number to be entered on their "return website".
I do not expect you to help me in this return fiasco. I just want future buyers to beware of this company.

I made a purchase and was told the item went to the wrong address. No refund and no attempts to contact me have been made.

I went online to see that many people are having this same issue. While some people do receive items the majority don’t.

The address given for returns is based in the U.S. but items are shipped from China.

I am unable to confirm if this is actually a legitimate business.

I’ve taken a loss as well as many others. I’ve began contacting others. This is unethical.
