I registered online for a sweepstakes to win a LeCreuset Cookware Dutch Oven. I have been charged a subscription fee of $49.97/each month for January, February, March and April in addition to various vendor: 1/10/23- Reflective Spacious Decor -$68.49 on 1/10/23 and $4.99 on 1/7/23; Hydroangelwa -$68.49 on 2/11/23; Absolute Hardware - $68.49 on 3/14/23; Excellent Electrical - $39.94 on 4/10/23; Humble Elec Part -$68.49on 4/15-23. when i contacted several of the listed phone numbers, I was told that the $49.97/mo charges were for a subscription and the other charges were for products or vouchers to purchase products. To date I have received no products or vouchers and when I asked to be provided a copy of the subscription agreement, I was told that there is nothing available in writing that could be provided. This is definitely some type of scam and needs to be permanently shut down. I have been charges approximately $430 over a 4-month period and was given a refund of $55.21, maximum available, still with no product or voucher received. I called twice (4/25/23, 5/3/23 and was told that I would receive an email in 10 minutes with a voucher. On 4/25/23 I requested cancellation of any active subscription. Today I see another charge of $19.96 to Excellent Electrical.
