The fleece company took forever to send me the product and finally arrived about three weeks later it wasn't of the quality I wanted. It was in the size I wanted and they were more blankets than I actually wanted to buy. They charged me more and I've never gotten an adequate response to how to return other than I have to pay to return, even though I didn't want the product in the beginning.

Blankets shown as luxurious and thick and big. Just the opposite. Throw blankets I bought were lap blanket size. Satisfaction guarantee is shipping back to Germany at purchaser's expense. Would be more than the payment for the blanket. Customer service just says tough luck - it was in the ad. Must have been the tiniest font and hidden. I never saw it.

Do not purchase anything from this website called the fleece company. It is a scam, we purchased two blankets from them and the blankets went through three different shipping companies to block where they came from. When the blankets arrived there was no invoice inside the package and no return address at all. There is no phone number for support and the blankets shown on the website are not what you will receive. The blankets look very fluffy on the website and substantial... Basically you will receive two sheets sewn together with some fleece stuffing in between. When you try to return them, to them after you send them an email they will give you a false address to return the blankets or whatever you order from them. The address is in Germany and it is NOT a receiving company.

I ordered 2 blankets and 2 pillow cases on May 10 for a total of $130.24. I tracked my items as they moved but it was very hard to understand as the tracking just stated that my package had moved from one location to another but never said where it was. On May 29, my tracking stated that my package was delivered. I never received it. I gave it another 2 days just in case the tracking was off a little. I sent an email on June 1, there is no contact number listed, and asked about my package. I was told it was delivered, I stated that in my email but also stated that I never received my package. I have sent 3-4 more emails but have not heard anything in return.

This company claims to sell blankets but sent me a sweat suit that they took $160.00 for and haven't refunded my money, even though I've emailed several times over the past few weeks. Photos are of the ugly trash they sent me.
