The Fleece Company advertises blankets, pillowcases, and other linens on a very convincing-looking website. Somewhere I read (perhaps in an AI summary) positive reviews for their products and customer service. However, when I received the goods, they were nothing like the pictures or the specifications on the website. They are absolute garbage -- very, very poor quality, way too small, and completely unusable. There does not appear to be a way to return the goods for credit. Upon investigating further, I see that this company has fooled other consumers as well and taken their money without delivering a useful product. They are a SCAM.

Saw these during an ad on a game I was playing. The Fleece Company advertised a thick woven throw, for a buy one, get one free deal. I ordered a queen size forest green and a queen size dark blue. I received 2 smaller-than-twin-size orange sheets. The material was made to look woven but it was just bumpy fabric. The color is quite ugly, they aren't warm, and it took 3.5 weeks to get here. I thought I was taken and I would never see the order. It came yesterday and I'm embarrassed because I WAS taken. In the ad it was not clear that this was a Chinese company. It looked like an American company restocking for a new year.

I purchased 2 blankets and they are not as advertised and too small. I originally tried to cancel the order before it had shipped, because after the purchase I got an email stating that the items could not be dried in a dryer and that they had to be hung up to dry. I live in an apartment and don't have a clothes line. I was told that the order could not be cancelled even though it had not shipped. I tried several times to contact customer service and was always told that I could just return the items once they arrived but they would not give me return instructions until the items were received. Once I got them and discovered they were also too small for my full size and queen size beds, they said I had to return them to Germany. I can't afford to return them to Germany. No where on their website is Care Instructions or that I would have to return them to Germany.

Shipping has been constantly delayed. The company has not responded timely, or at all to requests to cancel the order and refund the money paid.

The fleece company took forever to send me the product and finally arrived about three weeks later it wasn't of the quality I wanted. It was in the size I wanted and they were more blankets than I actually wanted to buy. They charged me more and I've never gotten an adequate response to how to return other than I have to pay to return, even though I didn't want the product in the beginning.

Blankets shown as luxurious and thick and big. Just the opposite. Throw blankets I bought were lap blanket size. Satisfaction guarantee is shipping back to Germany at purchaser's expense. Would be more than the payment for the blanket. Customer service just says tough luck - it was in the ad. Must have been the tiniest font and hidden. I never saw it.

Do not purchase anything from this website called the fleece company. It is a scam, we purchased two blankets from them and the blankets went through three different shipping companies to block where they came from. When the blankets arrived there was no invoice inside the package and no return address at all. There is no phone number for support and the blankets shown on the website are not what you will receive. The blankets look very fluffy on the website and substantial... Basically you will receive two sheets sewn together with some fleece stuffing in between. When you try to return them, to them after you send them an email they will give you a false address to return the blankets or whatever you order from them. The address is in Germany and it is NOT a receiving company.

I ordered 2 blankets and 2 pillow cases on May 10 for a total of $130.24. I tracked my items as they moved but it was very hard to understand as the tracking just stated that my package had moved from one location to another but never said where it was. On May 29, my tracking stated that my package was delivered. I never received it. I gave it another 2 days just in case the tracking was off a little. I sent an email on June 1, there is no contact number listed, and asked about my package. I was told it was delivered, I stated that in my email but also stated that I never received my package. I have sent 3-4 more emails but have not heard anything in return.

This company claims to sell blankets but sent me a sweat suit that they took $160.00 for and haven't refunded my money, even though I've emailed several times over the past few weeks. Photos are of the ugly trash they sent me.
