The company will not cancel a subscription service that we have had for several years. I have attempted many times to cancel and it never goes through. I got in chat today with someone and they said they would cancel if I would Cash app them $100. There was nothing ever mentioned about $100 and they could not show me anything about $100. I said that it was fraud and they said fine so I ended up canceling my credit card.

Order an item from TheDopestShop.com on the date of 3/12/2026 for the 181.37 and the package hasn’t even been shipped out yet. When I try to call their number 1(800) 710-0609, there’s never an answer, always goes straight to voicemail and never receive a call back. Their website won’t let you file a complaint at all. The website will block reviews if they are bad so they are hiding bad reviews. I want my money back or my stuff that I ordered.
