I ordered a book from the website. I received a confirmation email. Four weeks went by and I had not received my order. Their website says you can contact them through text or email and they will respond within one business day. I tried text, but received a message back saying that I have to email. I tried email but received no response. Also filled out their online contact form, and sent a Facebook message. There has been no response. When I looked up reviews of the business, it looks like quite a few other people have experienced the same thing and that this is a business scam or a front for something else. A lot of people also wrote that instead of a physical book they received a link to download a PDF, which appears to be illegal copies of a book.

Found website for Thedomchek while searching for a bood I wanted online. Bought book from their website. It's been 2-3 weeks and have not received confirmation email of order. DID get charged for book. Send a message through their "contact us" online, inquiring if I can get my money back. They said no cuz I purchased an "ebook," which IF true was NOT disclosed on the site when I purchased and IF true, this ebook was listed as "good" condition. I went to their website and it specifically says on the FAQ page that they DO NOT SELL EBOOKS. When I asked the seller again for a refund or a physical copy of the book, they told me I needed to send them a name of the book so they could resend the ebook link. If you look me up by name or email, you'll have the name of the book and wouldn't need to have me send it to you. At this point, this is the fishiest website I've ever used and I buy most of my non-grocery goods online.
