I made a website purchase in December of 2025. It was a purchase that I knew would not be shipped for another 4 weeks. When that time came I reached out by email and they said things in production were moving slowly give it 2 to 4 more weeks. In February I reached out again and asked for a shipping date/tracking number at this point or to please refund my money. They have yet to respond to my requests either way. I reached out again asking about my purchase and no response from customer response. I never received the high quality custom knife I ordered in December of 2025.
