Jacket received was not as pictured in the ad, was very poor quality, and much too small. Website boasts easy returns which is not true. You can get a store credit minus the amount for shipping and handling of the product you received. The other option is to replace the item you received with another of the same for 50% of the original price (you keep first item shipped).

Clothes were advertised on Facebook for sale by The Clarke Family, an AI created fake storefront. They have you agree to Terms of Service stating that you'll return the items overseas if you wish to obtain a refund. I liked the items so much, that I went ahead and ordered. Waited weeks & weeks for the order to arrive. When the clothing arrived (I had ordered two sweaters) it was an incredibly cheaply pixelated printed polyester fabric. When I contacted the seller and demanded a refund, due to misrepresentation and false advertising, they basically told me in a series of formatted emails that I was out of luck and the only way to receive a refund is to ship the items back overseas at my own expense. BUYER BEWARE. The company & site is a complete SCAM.
