This company charged me three times and sent products to me without my informed consent. I did not authorize these charges, did not knowingly enroll in any subscription or auto-ship program, and did not agree to receive these items. Their billing and sales practices appear deceptive and misleading. I am requesting an immediate full refund, cancellation of any future charges or shipments, and confirmation that my account has been closed.
