Ordered a pair of boots from TheBostonBoots.com. Did not receive a tracking so after a week i emailed [email protected]. After several rounds of automatic email responses they promised to send it. After another week i still had not received a tracking number so emailed them again. After more automatic email responses they said they were behind in shipping.

This is week three and i still have not received a tracking number. I reported it to my credit card company as i am sure they do not intend to send me any product. I lost $38.95.

Facebook ad for beautiful leather boots on sale from TheBostonBoots.com, incredible deals.

Boots arrived a month later, a pair of 12 ounce boots! I lost $59.

Still receiving emails trying to sell me more boots!

I ordered boots from this business on 12/16/25, my debit card paid them 12/17/25. I received confirmation that my order was shipped (no carrier given). The tracking number was not traceable. I have not had any response to my email to the company. I believe I was scammed by The Boston Boots!

I placed my order on January 16, 2024. Delivery window stated was Jan 26- Jan 31, 2024. On Jan 22, I received an email stating my order had shipped. On Jan 31 I sent an email because there had been no updated information on my tracking. On Feb 1 I received a reply email stating that they had checked on my order and that it was on the way. A link was provided, which showed absolutely nothing new and just spun (trying to load). On Feb 20, I sent another email and on Feb 22 received a very similar reply. On March 2 I sent another email demanding an immediate refund. On March 5 I received a response stating that I could not cancel my order because it was already in transit and that when I received it, they would give me 20% back. On March 6 I sent another email stating that their solution was unacceptable and that I was going to contact the BBB. I received a reply on March 8 with more bogus tracking information. Today is March 25 and I still have no product.

I ordered two pairs of boots from The Boston Boots. The boots arrived much later than originally promised. When they finally arrived, they were of such poor quality and the wrong size. I emailed the company the day they arrived to request a return. They responded with an offer for a discount of 10% off the order. I declined. Then they offered a 5% discount. I declined. This went on for weeks. The phone number to the company does not work. I filed a fraud complaint with my bank. The Boston Boots then emailed me to ask me to drop my fraud claim and I did not respond as I found evidence on the ScamPulse.com website that others had experienced the same fraudulent issues. The bank launched an investigation and found my complaint to be valid. I am sharing this experience in the hopes that others will not be scammed.

I purchased a pair of shoes from the business which is in the US, but shipping inf is china. Product has been in tracking for months, and the phone number is disconnected. This is a scam.
