I saw The Beauty Ninja's ad from TheBeautyNinja.com on Instagram. The offer was: LAST DAY BUY 1 GET 1 FREE?Cemenrete Calcium Dark Spot Eye Cream | Dark Circle, Anti-aging, Sagging, Elasticity

BUY 1 GET 1 FREE

$26.99US/ea.

I ordered this, and received 2 jars of Face Cream, not eye cream, and was billed for each jar, not 2 for 1, as advertised. In Canadian currency, this came to $88.99.

When I contacted the company to correct the situation, I was told, "You need to pay to ship it back." That is all they will say. They refuse to give me a shipping label to cover the cost of the return when the whole problem is their fault. They have not offered to give me a refund, either.
