There was a dress ordered online for their website after three weeks. It did not shipped emailed back-and-forth about getting a return. They said that they would return the money since the item was never shipped yet weeks later still never received a return and now the emails that are going back-and-forth are stating they're looking into why it didn't ship instead of actually giving me my money back.

I placed an order with The Wilson Family Palm Beach for 3 clothing items totaling $135.88. The items I received were of substandard quality and unidentifiable fabrics and were nonwearable. I reached out to the company to return the items as soon as I looked at each item, for a full refund. They offered a 10% refund! On the website, they show a policy for refunds within 30 days of receipt of products.

There is no store in Palm Beach. They only ship from China. They spin stories about the business and show beautiful pictures of clothing that they are unable to provide for their customers.

This is not a legitimate website and should be avoided at all cost.

The Wilson Family Palm Beach sells clothing. I ordered a dress from them that was shipped from Melrose Park, Illinois. The dress arrived, but it wasn't the dress that I ordered. It looks similar, but very poor quality. I have been emailing with them trying to return the dress. They said I have to return it to China.

I have photos in the emails showing that it isn't the same dress and asked them to either send the correct dress or refund 100%. They offered to refund 30%. I will try to upload the email conversations and photos. They are a scam. They stole money by deceit. I am very upset about this. Please help. Thank you.
