I purchased a poster on 04/02/2026. On 04/19/2026 I messaged the company and inquired about my order status. I received a message back stating my order was in transit. I requested a tracking number however the number/link they gave me was not a valid tracking number and only returned me to the order status page. I responded to the message stating the link was not a valid tracking number and that I was becoming very skeptical about whether or not my order was valid and the fact they took my money. To which I received the following response: "Package is in transit, don't worry. Last update: 2026-04-21 00:00US, Shipment in transit. Thanks for your waiting." I paid for this through Amazon Pay.
