It's a debt collector with agency number 110613835 client name.... city of Hood River. Amount due it appears to be a scam because it's regarding parking ticket and is not labeled on the piece of mail as my legal name therefore common sense says if it were illegal document they would have my name in the system to be right they don't mistake that
