I ordered the “Zero Water” pitcher and shower water filter from the firm The Water Guys. An internet search of shop water guys can bring up the site. The products never were delivered nor was a refund.

There is absolutely no way that these lowlife scamming no integrity losers should be in business with the Intentional harm that they are willfully doing. These [censored] should be locked up for continuing to take hard earned money from Americans and returning absolutely nothing. Every who's been scammed by these sorry pieces of crap should be getting triple the pay. This is a damn shame that these losers are still around.

Company claimed to have 8-stage water filtration system, “Zero Water Filter Plus, ” a large dispenser, for $79.95. Included with purchase were free 8- stage filtration showerhead filters and a water testing meter. I purchased the Zero Water Filter Plus on 12/29/2020 using a Visa debit card. I sent an email on 2/16/2021 to the support email address asking about my order status. I received a reply from “ Mae” who said they were still waiting for the product, but another product had arrived (?). She offered store credit, but I replied I wanted a full refund. She wrote she would get back to me. On 3/18/2021, I received another email from “Mae” that said a refund could not be issued due to the “automated processing of orders” and “some items were already pulled from the warehouse.” I only ordered and PAID FOR ONE ITEM, however! I don't care about the “free” items. As a compromise, a $50 store credit was offered if I was “willing to wait.” It is mid-April and I have received NOTHING...or I should say, ZERO, from this company!

"Water Guys" made a YOUtube infomercial about water quality in the home, and displayed various filter evidence and compared with their various filters to use for tap water to drink and bathe with. They offered several Christmas packages special to get faucet filter(s) and a Zero pitcher with 2 filters included. The infomercial was informal but thorough and persuasive. I ordered a mid range package, paid with PAYPAL and never received anything. There is NO trail to follow at this point. All searches lead to "SCAM" and a plethora of outraged suckers like me. The video Water Guys made featured on black fella conducting the presentation and demo. Youtube currently has a 2 part video of a black man customer unboxing all his product and testing it on camera as a "review". These robbers need a good slap. Horrible way to get money from people "in good faith". I hope they REALLY needed it. Thank you for reading.

Ordered 3 items on Dec 7, 2020 and still haven't received as of April. The reps claim they can't cancel my order and refund my $ because it may cause me receiving free item. For an order that has NEVER SHIPPED! They had the audacity to offer me $50 credit. Why would I want a $50 credit to orderb from a company that can't fulfil my initial order. Their reasoning for not wanting to cancel.is laughable . They are hindering the opportunity to order the product s directly from Zero water, which I regret not doing. They claim items out of stock....ALL 3 and why is it taking so long to restock nonessential items. They cant provide a time frame for restocking. Why can someone order something overseas and receive it faster .....as their international shipping time is 6-8 weeks which has passed.

I'm over the canned responses when you email, excuses and requests to be patient. I have been patient enough and THE WATER GUYS should be ashamed to keep people money knowing the delay. I see they use canned responses to reply to these ScamPulse.com complaints as well. Interested to know whether someone actually followed up with them after the response and actually received their refund...or more promises and SCAMMING.

This is clearly FRAUDULENT company, and and products probably as Zero Waters official website doesn't include shower heads. Also can tell by the sheer # of complaints w all the same facts/basis. It's a shame that other companies with similar names are suffering the consequences because complaints for THIS company are being filed under their profile.

Shame on YouTube for not taking down the Advertisement video and warning people. Or providing a way ty o report the company besides people adding comments under the reviews/,videos regarding Zero water filter. ... hope they n aren't getting a bad reputation due to THE WATER GUYS

I've been patient long enough and they have ripped off enough people. They need to be STOPPED from scamming others.

I want my order canceled and refunded the FULL purchase price.

On YouTube there is a commercial for The Waterguys claiming that they sell water filters, pitchers, and shower filters to give a better quality to the water. Upon the promotional commercial I ordered the shower filters, pitcher, and water filters on 11/15/2020. I have yet to receive my purchase. They have already charged my card. I cannot get a hold of anyone by phone. You leave a message, and the reply with an automatic email claiming there are shipping delays and product back order. I also tried to change my address with them by phone ( left a vm) and by email. No confirmation of the change. After 12 weeks of no product, I believe this is a scam.
