Scammer out of California. They said they would send me a cat and after paying for miy kitten, everything looked good until i got called by their shipping company that said that they needed extra money for a special carrier that would prevent infections due to covid. I paid them the additional amount and I never heard from them again. I have already reported them to my bank and have filed a complaint.

This guy is now going by Kyle Stokes (same number and ways of payment) his website is now https://theragdollmansion.com/index.php/available-ragdoll-kittens/
I tried to do a video call with him and he ghosted me

This is an old scammer under a new name. Taking $800 zelle payments for ragdoll kittens and ghosting the person afterwards. Goes by a fake name of Paul Reed but has an Indian accent. He has changed business names and addresses to continue his scam on families thinking they have adopted a kitten. Do NOT send money to anyone unwilling to take payment thru PayPal goods and services. Make sure you trust your gut, if it seems to good to be true than it probably is.
