Received a call from (203) 290-2979. They left a voicemail saying they were from the processors office and calling to discuss a matter regarding my step son. They were contacting me to discuss a matter that had been forwarded to their office for consideration of legal action including the filing of a lawsuit and a complaint with the court to discuss these pending actions that may be filed against me. I need to immediately contact the firm directly handling the file at (877) 275-1616.

This morning I received a voicemail from a phone number my mobile ID'ed as UNKNOWN. Here's what they left: Unknown Deposited a new message: "Hello, good morning. This is not a sales or marketing call. This is a legal matter and a time to contact (*name of relative*). My name is Mia. I am calling from the processors office regarding file number A em 23-127822. I am contacting you to as a matter that has been forwarded to my office for consideration of legal action including the filing of a legit and complaint to be record to discuss this pending options that may be filed against you. You will need to immediately contact the firm directly holding your file. That office number is 844-530-1530. This is a time sensitive matter for you. If they do not receive a response, they may be forced to proceed without your participation. Again, that number to contact is 844-530-1538. Thank you."

I had also received this same exact message earlier this week on Wed 12/27/23 from the same name Mia. I had received a similar message on 12/22/23, except they called from a phone number 425-225-7305 and identified themselves as Diana and said to call a different phone number 866-421-3328.
