This company scammed from the beginning, selling me something that was not up to standards. When I reached the checkout page, they charged me 43 additional bottles of product which I did not ask for.

I wanted to try a product from The Paw Parent, I ordered the product, they charged my CC right away, took many attempts to finally get the product, less than a month later they were charging my CC again, I tried to stop the transaction, they said they couldn't due to shipment already pending, this was July 20th, I still have not received the 2nd shipment, I have emailed the company many times with the same response, we are sorry for the delay, they are looking into it, etc. Kept telling them I never wanted a revolving subscription. I have read many reviews all with the same issues. A person orders and then they say you chose the subscription plan, they don't or won't give you a phone number, so email is only point of contact.

I ordered their product online, supposed to be 3 jars. I never agreed to auto ship/auto pay and there was a check box for that. When I received the order confirmation there was an extra jar ordered at full price which I emailed to say I never ordered it and after multiple back and forths offered it 50% off so I said ok and moved on. A week later I get an order confirmation full price $35.00 and auto ship. I 100% didn't sign up for auto ship or pay. Phone number doesn't work and email only gets them to offer 50% off. I tried cancelling Monday morning and they said they couldn't it was too late, yet I got a shipping confirmation on Thursday. They upsell and put everyone on auto ship and need to be stopped. Thank you.
