David Ferrara at the NuMind runs a confidence scheme to fleece money from his clients. He proposes and contracts to provide you with ATM locations for a fee. Initially providing you with Family Dollar locations he is working through Venco Solutions as the processor. He will then offer to grow your route, typically asking for $7000-$9000 dollars. You will then begin to not hear from him, and your original locations (I.e. Family Dollar) will not meet the contracted performance numbers. I have the contact information for at least 3 others he has done this to. I’m certain there are many. This is a scam, beware.
