Cleaning company That does not do good cleaning

Talked to Jesus. Had his crew come out to clean our retail store that we were remodeling. I told him this, yet he was surprised when the crew came out. They charged $970 to clean the floor, which I thought was kind of high, but I figured, maybe it was for a commercial. The work was done. Place looked good, so I hired him to clean the ceiling ducts that were open in the salesroom. That was another $500. The crew came out, used a power washer inside the showroom! They had water all over my new drywall and left water marks all over. The power washer took the paint off the ceiling ducts! I told Jesus about this and he refused to do anything for me. I had to have my crew come back to clean and repaint the drywall and repaint the ceiling.

Don't use this company for cleaning! They require a non refundable $100 then refuse to refund when they don't show up. Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm. 1st they scheduled it on the wrong day, got that fixed. Then at 2, they text and say they will be 2-3 hours late. I tried to call the number the text came from to cancel, no answer, no vm. I tried to call the number the text came from when I scheduled, no answer.

I finally called the number on their website, surprise surprise, no answer, went to VM.

I got a return call and tried to cancel and get my deposit back and they said it was non refundable and that's what I agreed to. I said I didn't agree to you arriving 2-3 hours late or whenever you felt like it.

They didn't care, refused to refund. I said I'd leave a bad review and dispute through my cc. He didn't care at all.

Beware. Find a real service. This one is a scam
I was required to put down a$100 deposit and as soon as the so called cleaners arrived to my home, I received a call. He said the code didn’t work so I guided him through it and I could hear him repeating what I said to the people who were there. Then he asked me for the remaining of the funds. I told him I wanted services and pictures before I paid. He said it was policy and the cleaners were already inside the house. I paid him the additional amount and never heard anything back. He promised me pictures.The 1-800 number he gives you, if you call it, it gives you options to choose from but when you choose an option, it says the number is unavailable. Please don’t fall for this like I did

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM. I booked a
Deep cleaning with the lux maid and he wanted $100. Then he called me on the day of service and said the cleaners couldn’t get into my door so I had to help them get in. He promised me before and after pictures and then collected the remainder of the money. I was very Leary at this point and telling him I found reviews that this was a scam and he said to send it to him and he said that the one was cleaned and the person wasn’t paid. I was asking a lot of questions at which he was providing me with all types of answers. The next day when I tried calling back I got no answer. I had a friend go look at the house and it wasn’t ever cleaned. I should have trusted my instincts.

They asked me to pay for a deposit up feont and then tried to make me pay thr rest of the $750 cleaning was completed. After they said they were finished i went to the property to check if everything was alright. Thry didnt even clean the house and left more dirty towels. Then the guy kept saying he was going to get people there to fix it and they never showed up. I lost $200 of my deposit.

The company reached out to me as a job offer they said if I buy the cleaning supplies and go to clean a house I would be paid $100.00 because I needed a job I spent $100.00 in cleaning supplies and $50.00 on gas to get to a house an hour and a half away from me and cleaned for five hours. Once the job was done and confirmed the company (TheLuxMaid.com) refused to pay me the money I was owed.
